I spoke with Paris on the phone Friday and she was very helpful! Last minute bunch for a friend in a rough patch and she helped me pick something out, arranging delivery right away. Her customer service was brilliant and she was very polite and understanding, I am a repeat customer here. They are brilliant! The flowers are always lovely and well priced, especially considering the exotic range they have. Super pleased and will be back again! Thanks Paris 😁

I have used the flower run 3 times now and they have been amazing. The quality of the flowers are beautiful and they keep you up to date on social media with the latest versions of the flowers. Having family live in Australia it is great to be able to send over flowers for all occasions from the uk!! Definitely recommend and recommend giving them a follow on instagram to keep up to date!

I'm very happy with my experience having flowers delivered to someone in Perth, while I've placed my order from Down South. An email update as well as a live tracker felt a bit over the top compared to the "She'll be right, Mate" way things are typically done in Margaret River, but it was reassuring as well knowing your business is so transparent with the service on offer. The recipient was super pleased as well! 6 stars!

I searched many sites to send flowers from the uk to my daughter in Perth, and decided on the flower run as they were local and I’m glad I did, the flowers were beautiful, the communication was amazing, they let me know a 2 hour delivery window and then when they were 15 minutes away I could follow the driver on the track my delivery app so could let my daughter know when they were outside, tip top service

I’ve been using The Flower Run for a long time, both for personal occasions and for sending flowers to my own customers, and they never disappoint. Their website makes it incredibly easy to choose and place an order, and their same-day delivery service is fantastic, as long as you order before 11 AM, the flowers are delivered on time, every time. The selection is beautiful, the arrangements are fresh, and their reliability gives me total peace of mind. Highly recommend for anyone who needs prompt, professional, and gorgeous flowers!

I’ve used The Flower Run a couple times now and will continue to do so. I cannot fault anything - their exceptional customer service and long lasting (stunning!) blooms are amazing ☺️ They do not guarantee requested delivery times, but they still went over and beyond to ensure my orders arrived quickly. My sister cried when she received her last one as it was such a surprise and she loved the macarons too! Keep up the stellar work team!
